Return & Exchange Policy

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product to ensure it is the correct model, in good condition, and that all accessories and gifts are included. If the item has no damage or missing parts and has been used, it will be considered accepted and non-returnable. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will process your request as soon as possible.

For returns and exchanges (excluding defective products), the following conditions may affect your return rights or result in additional fees:

• Opened Packaging: If any internal packaging (not including shipping packaging) is removed or damaged, including protective seals, stickers, tags, or film.
• Non-Pristine Condition: The product must be free from scratches, damage, moisture exposure, or missing original packaging (including accessories and the manufacturer’s box).

Due to hygiene concerns, earbud tips, ear cushions, and in-ear (ear canal) earphones cannot be returned or exchanged once opened and used.
