*Stream of Praise STRONGLY recommends that you set up a customer account with our online store when placing your order. A customer account allows us to store your order history and shipping status.
- Before completing your order, please check to make sure that all of your billing and shipping information are entered correctly.
- Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after your order is received. Please note our warehouse do not ship on weekends and on US public holidays.
- ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS INCLUDE:
– Holidays – When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.
– Weekly Order Processing Schedule – Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be shipped out on the followingMonday.
– Weather Delays – If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
- To determine an order’s estimated DELIVERY DATE please factor in the following information: Your order is received and packaged within an average of 24 hours. This time may vary depending on the day an order is placed, destination address and shipping method selected by the customer.
- USPS MEDIA MAIL: Transit time is approximately 2-8 business days except for Hawaii and Alaska. Mail takes longer to travel across the country than to travel across town.
- USPS PRIORITY: Transit time is approximately 2-3 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you.
* USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of the United States. Stream of Praise is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages.
- USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL: Priority International ship time is an estimated 6-10 days.
- USPS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: Express International ship time is an estimated 3-5 days.
- All orders will have tracking information. Your tracking number will be send to your personal email address that you have given to Stream of Praise online store at the time of purchase. You may track your package at anytime onhttps://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
- If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
- If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return, please contact us.
WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERABLE?
* Our carriers may deem a package “undeliverable” for one of the following reasons:
- INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or is delivered to the unintended recipient.
- ADDRESS FORMAT: If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.
- Tracking is available for all orders. Due to this feature, please allow 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date before inquiring about your order.
- Tracking information can read as follows: DELIVERED, UNDELIVERABLE/RETURN TO SENDER, or there may be no information available.
- DELIVERED: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as on your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- UNDELIVERABLE: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please contact us.
- NO TRACKING AVAILABLE: If you cannot locate tracking or delivery information about your package, start with checking your shipping address you entered for your order. If all of your information is correct, please contact us and provide your order information. Please include the following in your inquiry: online order number, order date, and the customer name.
